Scarlet Bakes

The work undertaken for Scarlet Bakes was to take their brand from being a local deli experience to selling products in premium outlets such as Harrods and Fortnum and Mason. They wanted to distinguish themselves from brands like Betty Crocker whilst still maintaining the look and feel of 1950s style home economics. In order to do this we based the logo on vintage 1950s style typography and the background patterns on wallpaper from the era, but combined with some simple vector illustrations. We compiled an array of marketing materials for them including folded labels for their glass kilner jars (10 different colour ways in total), packaging for boxes, business cards point of sale flyers and exhibition display graphics. This work was undertaken while under contract at One2create Ltd.
